How do I use El Fuego? See QR code on this page or link here.

Can I use my own cocktail glasses? Yes, El Fuego and the coasters are designed to fit most cocktail glasses. The top of your glass should not be more than 3.5” wide. When smoking multiple cocktails the glasses need to be the same height to contain the smoke.

Is the battery rechargeable? Yes, with a standard USB-C connector?

Is the battery replaceable? Yes, but you need to replace it with a 9v battery of the same dimension since there are slightly different variations. The rechargeable battery we use is slightly smaller than a standard 9v.

Can I use my own wood chips? Yes, but El Fuego branded wood shavings are move effective because they allow better airflow and smoke than standard woodchips.

What if El Fuego isn’t working? If there is no airflow you first should check the battery to ensure it is charged (see below). Then check the fan to ensure it isn’t obstructed. If that doesn’t work reach out to us at elfuegosmoker@gmail.com.

Can product be taken apart (to trouble-shoot)? Yes. There are two separate pieces of wood that can be pulled apart since they are held together with magnets.

Will El Fuego attract a crowd if you take it to a party? Most likely, yes.

What is the product warranty? 90-days from date of purchase.

What if I burn or blemish El Fuego? First, that is okay if it shows some usage. A light sanding and applying board butter should take care of the problem if the blemish isn’t too deep.
